We seek out small, local family-run farms and purveyors, to bring you food full of authentic flavors. Sage Events promises you sustainable catering, with hormone-free chicken, grass-fed beef, organic milk and eggs, fair trade coffee and tea, and artisan breads and cheeses. We compost our waste and send reusable white platters, wooden boxes, woven baskets and biodegradable cutlery and paper goods. Biz Bash, Crain's NY Business and Greenopia have praised us for our efforts to be local, organic and delicious.
